ASAHPERD membership includes professionals and students from all parts of Alabama.  We are K-12 and higher education teachers of health and physical education, coaches, trainers, future teachers, exercise scientists, and physical activity professionals. 

Membership categories and current fees are listed below. Membership dues are required annually and expire 1 year from the date of payment.

Professional Currently employed in HPERD, athletics, exercise, fitness or related area $55/year
Paraprofessional Employed as a paraprofessional (aide) in an Alabama school $35/year
Undergraduate Student Major in health, physical education, exercise science, fitness, etc. $25/year
Graduate Student Full time graduate student; not available to k-12 teachers taking graduate courses $25/year
Retired Full-time retired; Individuals continuing employment in HPERD settings should join as professionals $35/year
