Preregistration for the Health & Physical Literacy Summit at the discounted prices closed on January 24th. You can still register ONLINE until February 5 by paying the onsite registration fees. After this date, plan to pay at the Summit Registration desk adjacent to the Hyatt lobby.

  • Professionals: $175 
  • Retired: $65 
  • Future Professionals*: $65  *Available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students. K-12 teachers in graduate school do not qualify for the Future Professional (student) rate.

PAY ONLINE - click HERE and follow these steps:

  • Login if you are an existing user (i.e., an ASAHPERD member or you have created a profile as a PROSPECT).
  • If you are a new user, enter your email. This will create a profile and allow you to preregister.

PURCHASE ORDER POLICY 

  • OPTION 1 - Today through February 5th - Email your purchase order along with a completed registration form to [email protected] An invoice will be returned for processing. Bring your payment to the Summit Preregistration desk adjacent to the hotel lobby. DO NOT MAIL THE CHECK.

  • OPTION 2 - Beginning February 6th - Bring a copy of the Purchase Order (not just a PO number) to the Summit Onsite Registration desk.Be sure the PO states to whom the invoice is to be emailed. You must complete a registration form as well.

Refunds:  All requests for a full refund (minus a 10% service fee) must be made no later than January 25th. Requests between January 26th and February 5th will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be granted after February 5th (exceptions may apply in cases of personal emergency). Contact Donna Hester ([email protected]).
