Preregistration for the Health & Physical Literacy Summit is now open and will close on January 24th. 

  • Professionals: $130 (pre), $175 (onsite)
  • Retired: $45 (pre and onsite)
  • Future Professionals*: $45 (pre), $65 (onsite) *Available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students. K-12 teachers in graduate school do not qualify for Future Professional (student) rate.

There are 3 ways to preregister:

Option 1 - PAY ONLINE - click HERE and follow these steps:

  • Login if you are an existing user (i.e., an ASAHPERD member or you have created a profile as a PROSPECT).
  • If you are a new user, enter your email. This will create a profile and allow you to preregister.

Option 2 - SEND FORM AND PAYMENT VIA US MAIL - print the paper form (pdf found HERE; word doc found HERE) and mail along with your payment to ASAHPERD, PO Box 369, Arley, AL 35541. Postmark by January 24th.

Option 3 - SUBMIT A PURCHASE ORDER - email a PO (or PO number) with your completed preregistration form (print from link in Option 2) to [email protected] no later than January 17th. An invoice will be returned via email. Checks must be received in the ASAHPERD office by the same deadline as other preregistration payments - January 24th. If the check is cut but cannot be mailed in time to reach the Arley, Alabama PO Box by January 24th, bring the check with you and pay the additional fee ($45 professionals; $20 future professionals) by check or credit card at the Summit. Purchase orders are not accepted on site. 

Refunds:  All requests for a full refund (minus a 10% service fee) must be made no later than January 25th. Requests between January 26th and February 5th will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be granted after February 5th (exceptions may apply in cases of personal emergency). Contact Donna Hester ([email protected]).
